Amy Beller

TA Consultant

Amy Beller is a TA consultant in the Workforce Program Area at AIR. She has over 15 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, workforce development, apprenticeship, and grants management. She has deep understanding of apprenticeship concepts and strategies, leads projects to build and diversify apprenticeship and work-based learning programs, and designs innovative and creative technical assistance products.

Beller is the project director of the State Apprenticeship Expansion Grant Technical Assistance project, working with states across the country to expand Registered Apprenticeship Programs.

Prior to joining AIR, Beller was the Registered Apprenticeship Program coordinator with Iowa Workforce Development where she led apprenticeship expansion efforts for the state. She also worked for many years as an advisor to United States Senator Tom Harkin.
