Brittany Iskarpatyoti
Brittany Iskarpatyoti is a senior technical assistant consultant in the Gender and Social Protection program at AIR. She supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities on projects with gender equity objectives.
Iskarpatyoti facilitates the design of theories of change, logic models, results frameworks, and data collection, analysis, and reporting against identified indicators for success. Her gender and M&E experience includes evaluating a systems-level public-sector strengthening project in Tanzania with gender equity and institutional capacity objectives, where she implemented and refined the qualitative Ripple Effects Method and triangulated that data against quantitative routine health information to assess program contribution to impact; an operational research study on South Africa's MomConnect program which uses text messages to provide health information to expectant mothers; and an assessment of Key Population program data in Namibia, triangulated with routine health information from the Ministry of Health to better understand HIV outcomes.
