Caitlin Dawkins
Caitlin Dawkins, is a principal TA consultant at AIR where she serves as the Co-Director for the National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC). Dawkins provides leadership and oversight for the technical assistance and data, helpline, local reentry community of practice and field engagement strategies of the NRRC.
Prior to her time at AIR, Dawkins spent over 17 years advancing equity for people and families impacted by the justice system. She has served in multiple capacities within the justice field- from direct service- advocacy- to intermediary roles and was most recently FHI 360’s Director of Justice Programs where she oversaw the strategic direction of the justice practice. Dawkins is an expert in the intricacies of the American justice system and how it relates to economic mobility as her expertise sits at the intersection of education, workforce, and justice. She is an author, speaker, facilitator, and advocate for second chances and programs that support all people and communities impacted by the justice system.
