Catherine Baker-Inzitari

Catherine Baker-Inzitari is a managing director in the Human Capital and Learning Solutions Hub within the Workforce Program Area at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of business development, staff development, and eminence building. Baker-Inzitari applies her more than 25 years of leadership and talent development experience in leading team consulting with clients to optimize workflows through facilitating organizational change and related communications and learning and development strategies to bridge from the current to the future or desired state. She has extensive experience in aligning skill-building to work demands to drive career growth and in tandem improve organizational performance.

Previously, Baker-Inzitari was the chief learning officer, director of the private sector practice, and training solutions service line lead at Maher & Maher, a Talent Development company acquired by AIR in 2020. Baker-Inzitari holds a master’s degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Maher & Maher, Baker-Inzitari spent over a decade providing performance improvement solutions for Life Sciences and Financial Services clients as a Principal at Frogkick, Inc. and prior to that at Kenexa, an IBM Company.
