Christy Montgomery

Christy Montgomery is in the Human Services program at AIR. Montgomery is a passionate innovation catalyst with over 15 years of experience in workforce development and government administration. She brings a breadth of knowledge engaging partners in strategic planning to achieve program and system alignment goals. Her responsibilities include leading project and tasks management of mid-large size contracts. She is a certified Human-Centered Design facilitator, leading organizations through change management, assisting organizations in building capacity, and resulting in inclusive designs. Prior to joining AIR, Montgomery served as director of the Tennessee Workforce Development Board.
