Dona Kilpatrick

Dona Kilpatrick is the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Ethics Officer for AIR. A seasoned legal professional, Kilpatrick manages the organization’s legal affairs and is a strategic legal and business advisor to the executive leadership, professional services, and infrastructure units. She also serves as the in-house ethics officer and secretary to the AIR Board of Directors.

Kilpatrick is an accomplished legal, regulatory, and non-profit expert. Prior to joining AIR, Kilpatrick served as Legal Counsel and Senior Associate of an educational consulting firm with federal and state clients, spent several years in private practice and was an administrative law judge for the District of Columbia government.

Kilpatrick is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Virginia (Corporate Counsel) and Pennsylvania, as well as the District Court for the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States.
