The Early Learning Needs Assessment Tool can create custom or provide prepared reports using data AIR has collected on the supply and demand for early learning and care for young children, including estimates of those eligible for Title V state programs. You may select the geographic area(s) (e.g., counties, zip codes, or legislative districts), the age of the children, and the year of data in which you are interested (2006, 2008, or 2010).
