Graciela Castillo
Graciela Castillo is a senior researcher at AIR, involved in the collection, evaluation, and analysis of data. Areas of expertise include cost and coverage and consumer engagement.
Castillo is experienced in conducting literature reviews and environmental scans, message and material testing as well as survey development and testing. She has moderated interviews and focus groups with various target audiences including health professionals and consumers both in English and Spanish. She supports Spanish cultural and linguistic translation and development of materials aimed at educating and informing Spanish-speaking populations. Castillo provides technical assistance through Web usability testing, and has worked in projects assessing the web usability of various client websites.
