Kyle Fagan

Senior Researcher

Kyle Fagan is a senior researcher at AIR, where he works with state, regional, and local agencies on research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects. His work is primarily focused on addressing issues of equity through collaborative research and technical support. Dr. Fagan services as the partnership facilitator for the Midwest Achievement Gap Research Alliance, a collaborative research partnership for Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Midwest focused on improving outcomes among Black students in Wisconsin. In this role he supports the partnership by building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and overseeing the development of an annual research and technical support work plan.

Dr. Fagan leads several technical support projects focused on using data and research in decision-making. He is skilled in a range of data collection and analysis methods, with a focus on mixed-methods research designs and social network analysis.
