Leah Brown

Leah Brown is a senior researcher within domestic research and development at AIR. Brown has more than 10 years of experience in research and project management. She currently serves as the project director on multiple projects, including an evaluation of the Civics for All initiative in New York City and an evaluation of the Medical-Legal Partnership in New York City. Brown’s management experience includes managing project scopes and problem-solving when challenges arise, developing and overseeing project budgets, overseeing quality on all project work and deliverables, managing client satisfaction, managing project staffing, and overseeing and mentoring junior staff. Brown’s technical experience includes developing and overseeing data collection, including surveys and focus groups; preparing and managing data sets; analyzing quantitative data, and producing reports. She has formal training in project management and has a Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute.
