Ling Howley

Aisling Howley is a project specialist at AIR. She has over five years of experience in project management, focusing on grant management, financial and operations leadership, and U.S. government contracting. Her experience spans USAID, DFID, DOL, and privately funded contracts and cooperative agreements.

Howley focuses primarily on sustainable economic growth, labor rights, economic and social inclusion, and democratic strengthening in Latin America. She has professional fluency in Spanish and is currently also providing program support to the Strengthening Government Labor Law Enforcement (SGLLE) and Enhancing Labor Conciliation (ENLACE) projects in Mexico.
