Lucy Cutting

Senior TA Consultant

Lucy Cutting has over ten years of experience in project management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, impact evaluation, and data analysis. Ms. Cutting primarily focuses on implementing labor-related technical assistance projects in Mexico and Central America and currently leads a portfolio of projects with approximately 50 staff. She has extensive experience overseeing day-to-day project operations, project design and implementation, and M&E.

Over the past four years, Cutting has served as an M&E officer and project manager on three U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) Office of Trade and Labor Affairs (OTLA) technical assistance projects and is intimately familiar with ILAB OTLA processes and requirements.

Cutting is a native English speaker and has an advanced proficiency in Spanish. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
