Mental Health Screening and Services in the Schools: A Public Health Approach

This article takes a public health perspective on early intervention for children with, or at risk for developing, emotional or behavioral disorders. Such an approach combines approaches including: universal preventive interventions, selective interventions, indicated interventions, and intensive treatment.
