Meshell Hicks

Meshell Hicks is a senior researcher in the Health Division at AIR. Her career has focused on helping to expand access to quality care.

Drawing on 20 years of policy, operations and project management experience supporting public payers, Hicks directs a wide array of federally facilitated Marketplace exchange research and stakeholder engagement projects for the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight. She has extensive experience with content development, policy analysis and implementation, and customer contact center operations.
