National Household Education Survey

The National Household Education Survey (NHES) program provides descriptive data on the educational activities of the U.S. population. The NHES is administered every three to four years on different topics. The current NHES topics are early childhood care and education, family involvement in schools, homeschooling, and virtual education. The most recent NHES administration was in 2019. The next NHES administration will take place in 2023.
