Rebecca Medway
Rebecca Medway is a senior survey methodologist at AIR. She has nearly 15 years of training and experience in survey and experimental design, questionnaire development, survey management, and analysis of complex survey data.
Since 2012, she has served as a survey methodologist on the National Household Education Surveys Program (NHES) for the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), leading the design and analysis of methodological experiments, providing technical advice on questionnaire and mixed-mode data collection methods, and authoring methodological reports on topics such as mode effects and nonresponse bias. She also currently leads the development and administration of two surveys that are being conducted as part of a national evaluation of career and technical education for the Institute of Education Services (IES). She is the lead survey methodologist for a national survey of public libraries sponsored by the Institute for Museum and Library Services.
Prior to joining AIR, Dr. Medway worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Joint Program in Survey Methodology (JPSM) at the University of Maryland and as a Research Associate at Fors Marsh Group.
