Shannon Keuter
Shannon Keuter is a senior researcher at AIR. Keuter’s focus is on measurement and data collection, with extensive experience training data collectors. Her area of expertise is in early childhood education research, primarily in language development. She also leads and collaborates on direct tasks and projects in technical assistance for school improvement. Her responsibilities include conducting training, managing classroom observations, facilitating co-interpretations, recruiting school districts, administering interviews and focus groups, and translating documents from and into Spanish.
Keuter holds a certificate in Spanish-English translation from New York University.
