Training and Technical Assistance

AIR brings extensive expertise providing training and technical assistance (TTA) to support systems in capacity building efforts to adopt a trauma-informed, survivor-driven approach to care. AIR applies a public health approach to addressing trauma and supports systems in adopting a universal, trauma-informed approach to have the broadest reach and impact.

AIR supports organizations across all stages of the journey towards creating and sustaining trauma-informed practices and environments. AIR capacity-building work spans individual agencies, schools, and districts; state agencies; statewide coalitions; and multi-agency learning collaboratives. Our TTA projects range from short-term support to intensive, multiyear efforts to build organizational capacity in trauma-informed care.
