Trent Sharp
Trent Sharp is a senior technical assistance consultant at AIR. His primary responsibilities include supporting systemic improvement through spatial analysis, cross-functional teaming and project alignment, sustainable design, need-finding, facilitation, and coaching. He currently leads projects serving multiple state education agencies who are applying geospatial analysis as a centerpiece to systems alignment and intra-agency collaboration.
Dr. Sharp has extensive training in organizational change management, socio-cultural contexts of education, and human-centered design. He has recently lead school improvement change processes as a teacher, turnaround principal, district-level reform director, regional specialist, and consultant on state and national projects. His research interests include the policy and program intersections between economic development, workforce development, human and environmental health, and education.
